Annette & George | A Sweet and Simple Spring Wedding at The Historic Dallas Jail

Annette and George came to us with a clear vision: a simple, beautiful wedding day that fit within their budget. And honestly, that’s one of our favorite things to help make happen—around here, we like to call it being bougie on a budget.

With 40 of their closest friends and family, they tied the knot on a lovely spring day. Annette took advantage of some of our venue décor and added a personal touch with real flowers, arranged by a family member to enhance the centerpieces. Every detail felt thoughtful and perfectly “them.”

The couple happens to live next door to a professional baker who created the most beautiful cake and cupcakes for their celebration. And in another heartfelt moment, George’s dad officiated the ceremony—making the whole day feel incredibly personal and full of love.

We were thrilled to have Dahrma from Dedicated Photo Co. with us to capture every special moment. Her ability to tell a love story through her lens is unmatched, and we can’t wait to see the full gallery.

It was a relaxed, joyful celebration that truly reflected the couple's style and story. We’re so grateful Annette and George chose us to host their day and help bring their vision to life.
