How Our Curated Wedding Package Works

Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming — but at The Historic Dallas Jail, we’ve made it simple. Our Curated Wedding Package is designed for couples who want a beautiful, well-planned celebration without the stress of managing dozens of vendors and details.

For a base price of $8,000 for up to 50 guests, you’ll have nearly everything you need for your wedding weekend. Hosting more than 50 guests? No problem — additional guests are just $150 per person.

1. Planning & Guidance

This is where the value truly starts.

  • Initial consultation and vision setting to understand your style, priorities, and budget

  • Vendor recommendations and coordination with trusted local professionals

  • Custom wedding day timeline covering ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, speeches, and reception flow

  • Budget guidance to help keep spending realistic and intentional

  • Regular check-ins throughout the planning process

  • Rehearsal coordination to ensure everyone feels confident and prepared

  • On-site coordination on your wedding day to manage details, vendors, and flow

Designed to reduce overwhelm while keeping the day personal and true to you.

2. Venue Access & Use

Your time here is meant to feel unrushed and exclusive.

  • 20 hours of exclusive venue access
    (Friday 2–10PM & Saturday 10AM–10PM)

  • Indoor and outdoor ceremony options

  • Outdoor courtyard with white chairs, cocktail tables, and market lights

  • One-hour rehearsal (based on availability)

  • Bridal portrait or engagement session (up to 2 hours)

  • Dedicated getting-ready spaces

  • On-site parking, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speaker access

3. Design, Décor & Setup

Thoughtfully styled so you don’t have to source or set up the essentials.

  • Tables, chairs, and white linens

  • In-season greenery for fireplaces and tables

  • Vintage china, flatware, chargers, goblets, and cloth napkins

  • Velvet lounge furniture and vintage bar setup

  • Streamer send-off with 24 white poppers or bubble exit

  • Clothing steamer and rolling rack

  • Full venue setup, room flips as needed, and breakdown handled by our team

4. Staffing, Food & Day-Of Support

A fully supported day with experienced professionals in place.

  • On-site event coordinator and venue manager

  • Event team for guest greeting, parking assistance, and support

  • Catering wait staff

  • Certified bartender

  • Buffet dinner including entrée, starch, vegetable, roll, and butter

  • Sweet tea, unsweet tea, and water

  • Sheet cake included for dessert

  • Champagne shelf display with champagne flutes for all guests

  • All catering equipment provided (chafing dishes, trays, service items)

This package gives couples the freedom to enjoy their wedding while our team handles the logistics, setup, and day-of coordination. Every wedding at The Historic Dallas Jail reflects our signature mix of Southern charm, historic character, and personal detail.

What’s Not Included

While our package covers almost everything, there are a few items you’ll want to bring in or customize:

  • Wedding day attire (dress, suits, accessories)

  • Photographer or videographer

  • Officiant

  • DJ or live entertainment

  • Cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres or late-night snacks

  • Bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, or corsages

  • Alcohol - Please note due to NC ABC laws we are not authorized to provide alcohol for package. All alcohol (beer, wine ) must be purchased and provided by client.
