12:00 PM – Venue Access Begins
Our team arrives early to handle all setup before you arrive. Chairs are placed, tables are styled, décor is set, and the cake-and-punch reception is fully prepared.
1:00 PM – Getting Ready & Final Touches
You arrive at the venue and take your time getting ready. This is a relaxed window for hair touch-ups, quiet moments, and soaking it all in.
1:30 PM – Photographer Arrives
Your photographer captures detail shots, getting-ready moments, and a few portraits around the historic space.
